What is a screencast?

A screencast is an audio/video recording of what's happening on your screen over time.

How can I use screencasts in my classroom?

  • Create tutorials or short lectures on any topic - great for visual and auditory learners!
  • Have students demonstrate their learning by "teaching" others using screencasts
  • Leave directions for subs!

How about an example?
